选择企业需求导向指导食品分析教学课程改革,重新整合食品分析课程的教学内容,创立新的教学方式,完善考核方式,有助于学生掌握知识和技能,提高综合素质,缩小与用人单位的差距。
Based on the requirements of the enterprises, the teaching content of food analysis course is re-integrated, a new teaching method is created, and the course evaluation methods are improved. The reform has made some progress, which can make students grasp the knowledge and skill, improve the abilities of standard operation, train them to analyze and solve problems, and improve students' comprehensive capability.
