莫北致密油藏提压增注工艺技术探索 被引量:2

摘要 莫北油田三工河组J1s21储层岩性主要为细粒岩屑砂岩储层平均孔隙度11.93%,储层平均渗透率1.82mD,为低孔隙度、特低渗透率的储集层且具较强层间非均质性。根据不同储集层特点,对有水敏特征的区块在注入水中投加不同浓度,配伍性好、渗透率损失率小的粘土稳定剂,防止粘土膨胀和运移。对无法满足地质配注的分注井日常管理过程中,实施了分层小泵酸化、深井压裂、系统提压增注工艺探索,有效攻克了莫北油田长期欠注井无法满足配注的难题,取得了莫北油田开发形式明显好转的开发效果。 The principal lithology of Mobei oilfield sangonghe groupJ1s21 reservoir is fine sandstone which has an average porosity of 11.93%,with the average permeability of reservoir 1.82mD,so the reservoir has low porosity with low permeability and strong interlayer heterogeneous nature.According to the character of different reservoir,we put clay stabilizer which has different concentration,good compatibility,low loss rate of permeability into the injection water for the block which has a character of water-sensitive to prevent the clay swelling and migration.In our daily management process,some injection wells could not satisfy the geological injection allocation.we implement layering acidification and deep well fracturing to injection.At the same time we implement the measure of boosting the system pressure to injection,which effectively conquer the problem that the injection well of Mobei oilfield can't satisfy injection allocation,finally achieved exploitation result that the Mobei oilfield exploitation situation improved obviously.
