摘要
教育的质量直接决定人才的质量,教师是提高人才质量的关键。高职教师作为知识工作者,有着不同于一般企业员工的特殊性:追求工作自主、注重贡献、需求多样性、追求职业发展等。因此,本文以我院教职工群体为主要调查对象,通过数据分析该群体的工作现状、物质生活条件和对幸福感的认同,立志于改善职工工作现状、提高职工工作满意度、提升幸福感研究切实可行的激励方案。
The quality of education directly determines the quality of talents, so teaching staff is the key factor in talent cultivation. As educators, vocational teaching staff has specfic features different from that of common enterprise workers, namely, aspiration for working independence, focus on contribution, need of variety, looing for career development, and so on. Therefore, based on the survey conducted among our vocational college staff, the author analyses the current working state of the staff, and their living conditions and sense of happiness so as to pro- pose an practical incentive program to better the working state, improve the degree of satisfaction, and enhance the sense of happiness.
