The SWOT Analysis of the Construction of Researching Team in Shaanxi Vocational Colleges

近年来，我国高职教育得到了迅猛发展。但由于自身存在的一些不足及外部环境因素，影响了高职院校的进一步发展。国内外实践证明，具有高水平的科研团队是提高教育保障体系的有效途径之一，是提高高职教育质量的必由之路。因此，运用SWOT分析法对陕西高职院校进行分析，找到相关的解决对策，会更好地促进高职院校科研团队的建设。

In recent years, higher vocational education has witnessed great development. However, with Its inherent shortcomings and the outer environment, the development of vocational colleges has been restrained. Practice home and abroad has shown that constructing a high -level reseaching team is an effective way to improve educational security system and an only way to enhance educational quality. Therefore, the paper analyses Shaaxi vocational colleges through SWOT, and finds out the relative strategies to better the construction of researching team in higher vocational colleges
