摘要 自体髂骨以其良好的组织相容性、骨传导性及骨诱导性,多年以来一直是治疗骨缺损、骨肿瘤、脊柱及关节融合等骨科手术的首选,被认为是骨移植中的＂金标准＂[1]。尽管术后髂骨供骨区很少发生灾难性的损伤,但操作不当也会引起许多并发症,如取骨区疼痛、股外侧皮神经损伤、切口血肿、
