高速铣削系统动态测试及切削力分析

摘要 工件的切削加工与过程动态力学之间存在着必然的内在联系。由于铣削系统中的振动,特别在高速铣削加工过程中的振动,在运用KISTLER测力计系统测量切削力时,通常会出现信号失真现象。文章进行了铣削系统的动力学分析,测量了切削过程中工件的振动,分析了高速条件下铣削铝合金铣削力随切削速度变化的规律。 During cutting the structural and process dynamics are intrinsically coupled. The vibrations of the milling system particularly in high-speed milling deteriorate the force signals measured by the force sensor say a KISTLER dyna- mometer. In this paper, the dynamics of the milling system is analysed. The vibrations of the workpiece were measured dur- ing cutting. The fluctuating rule of Aluminum alloy cutting force while high speed milling is analyzed.
