摘要
基于ANSYS Workbench软件对新型高效节能直驱式抽油机8型机平台支腿进行了分析研究,建立了平台支腿的有限元模型,针对不同工况载荷下和单边悬点载荷下基础不同倾斜角度时抽油机平台支腿进行分析计算,得到不同工况载荷下平台支腿的应力分布和基础倾斜角度对平台支腿的应力影响规律,为该系列抽油机的结构优化设计、安全性能分析提供有力的依据,提高该产品在市场的竞争力。
Based on ANSYS Workbench software on new energy efficient direct driving type oil pumping machine type 8 machine platform leg were studied, to establish a platform supporting leg of the finite element model, for different load cases and unilateral suspension point load under different skew angle when the oil pumping machine platform leg into the analysis calculation, obtained by different load cases platform supporting leg and the stress distribution and the foundation inclination angles on the platform support stress influence, for this series of oil pumping machine structure design optimiza- tion, safety performance analysis provide strong basis.
