摘要
为综合回收废旧光盘中的黄金,本文选用NaClO和NaOH溶液溶解废旧光盘。分别考察了溶剂浓度、温度和光盘块度等因素对光盘中金属金浸出率的影响,确定出最优化工艺参数:NaClO浓度为20%,NaOH浓度为8%,浸出温度为80℃,光盘大小为1/16盘片时,金的浸出率可达80%以上。
For comprehensive recycling gold in the waste CD,this article chooses NaCIO and NaOH solution of waste CD. Examines the solvent concentration, temperature, and the factors such as light plate metal disc blocks of the influ- ence of the gold leaching rate, determine the optimum process parameters the concentration of NaCIO was 20%, 8% NaOH concentration, leaching temperature is 80 ℃, CD - rom disc size is 1/16, the leaching rate of gold is over 80%.
