摘要
为了解决在镗削加工不同深度大孔时经常出现的超差,改善零件的加工精度,对影响大孔的误差进行了一系列的分析,并且根据研究数据进行误差值的补偿,确保了零件的生产质量,取得了较满意的结果。
For solving the out of tolerance which are often showed in the different depth big hole that worked by bor- ing and grinding, to improve the working precision of parts, this paper had made a series of analyses for the tolerance of the big hole, and which compensated the error value according to researching data so as to guarantee the production quality of parts, that obtained more satisfying results.
