摘要
本文通过计算法、金相法、膨胀法测量TC4钛合金的β转变温度,并讨论了三种方法测量结果的一致性。结果表明正确采用不同的测量方法,测量出的TC4钛合金的相变点都为975±5℃;但这些方法并不是适合测量每种钛合金的相变点,只有结合多种方法,优势互补,才能得到准确的结果。
It is discussed that the beta transus temperature of TC4 titanium alloy were measured by calculation, ther- mal expansion and metallographic observation. The results show that the beta transus temperature of TC4 titanium alloy is 975 + 5℃ by means of different methods. But these methods can't fit to measure the beta transus temperature of all titani- um alloys. The results are obtained correctly to use the advantages of various methods.
