摘要
羌活是青海省道地药材,其种子自然发芽率低,是人工栽培的瓶颈之一。在生长素处理的基础上进行变温处理+低温层积处理及变温(恒温)+赤霉素等试验,来促进羌活种胚的后熟。结果表明,变温处理的羌活种子在20℃处理90 d,再在-20℃处理90 d的发芽率为20.36%;恒温处理的羌活种子在5℃的发芽率为19.43%;经恒温处理发芽率最高的种子再用浓度为500 mg/L赤霉素处理时发芽率上升为21.0%;经变温处理后发芽率最高的种子再用500 mg/L赤霉素处理的羌活种子发芽率最高,达21.2%。
Notopterygium is genuine medicinal materials in Qinghai Province. The natural germination rate of Notopterygium is extremely low and it is one of the bottlenecks in artificial cultivation. The seed was dealed with changing temperature treatment, low temperature stratification treatment (low temperature stratification treatment and changing temperature treatment or constant temperature +GA) to promote the post-maturation of the embryo. The results showed that: the seed germination rate of Notopterygium that treated with 20 ℃ 90 d and -20 ℃ 90d was 20.3%; the seeds dealed with constant temperature at 5 ℃ was 19.4 % ; the seed who had the highest germination rate that dealed with constant temperature retreated with GA (500 mg/L), the germination rate could reach 21.0%; the seed whose germination rate was highest after changing temperature treatment retreated with GA(500 mg/L), The germination rate of was the highest, could reach 21.2%.
