以农杆菌介导法将木霉内切几丁质酶基因ThEn - 42导入粳稻台北 - 30 9和农虎 6号中。PCR检测表示ThEn - 42己整合入水稻基因组中。在温室中进行的抗病性检测结果表明 :T0 代转基因植株对纹枯病菌 (Rhizoc toniasolaniK櫣hn)的抗性得到了明显的提高。T0
By an Agrobacterium -mediated transformation method, ThEn-42, an endochitinase gene cloned from Trichoderma harzianum strain P1, was introduced into the Japonica rice varieties Taibei 309 and Nonghu 6. About 75% of the regenerated transgenic plant (T 0) showed significantly higher resistance against the sheath blight pathogen Rhizoctonia solani Kühn in greenhouse. Leaf of most T 0 transgenic plants also showed less susceptbility to Rhizoctonia solani Kühn in the in vitro testing.
