摘要
文章通过收集广西部分代表性枢纽工程的环境影响报告书及其批复意见、竣工环境保护验收调查报告,总结了广西大、中型水利枢纽环评及其批复提出的鱼类资源保护措施及其落实情况,提出水利水电建设项目各类渔业资源保护措施适用性建议。
This paper summarizes the fish resources conservation measures proposed in the environmental impact as- sessment （EIA） reports and their implementation status, and gives some feasible advices on the protective measures of fishery resources for the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects based on the study of the EIA reports and their official approvals, as well as the environmental acceptance and completion investigation reports of the typical water conservancy and hydropower projects in Guangxi.
