摘要
岩滩水电站1号机转轮改造采用转轮在工地进行组焊加工的方式,在完成了焊接工序后,需对转轮进行整体退火,以达到消氢和降低焊接残余应力的目的。对转轮退火工艺进行了优化,取得了理想的效果。
The runner of No. 1 unit in Yantan hydropower station was innovated by site welding and annealed inte- grally thereafter to eliminate hydrogen and reduce welding residual stresses. Moreover, the annealing process was op-timized and obtained the desired results.
