共培养及搔菌对虫草子实体产量的影响

摘要 探讨虫草属(Cordyceps s.l.)不同种类共培养及搔菌处理对子实体产量的影响。结果表明:只与一种虫草菌共培养时,蛹虫草(C.militaris)子实体产量不受影响;连州虫草(C.lianzhouensis)子实体产量受到古尼虫草(C.gunnii)的促进、受蛹虫草的抑制。刮去一半菌丝,蛹虫草子实体产量比不处理时提高45.6%,差异极显著。 Cordyceps militaris fruit body yields were investigated following co-cultivation with other Cordyceps species, removal of surface mycelium from sections of the agar surface, and insertion of cuts into the agar medium. Although fruit body yields were unaffected by co-cultivation, increases of 45.6% were recorded when mycelium was removed from the surface of half the culture surface. C. lianzhouensis yields were increased by co-culturing with C. gunnii but adversely affected by co-culturing with C. militaris.
