冬虫夏草固体发酵物水提液对免疫功能低下小鼠的影响 被引量:9

Immunoregulatory Activity of Hot Aqueous Extracts of Ophiocordyceps sinensis Myceliun Evaluated Using a Immune-deficient Mouse Model

摘要 采用环磷酰胺腹腔注射建造免疫功能低下小鼠模型,通过灌胃分别给予冬虫夏草(Ophiocordyceps sinensis)固体发酵物水提取液、阳性对照物(人参乌鸡口服液)和蒸馏水,同时以健康小鼠设立正常对照组。经流式细胞仪检测各组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬荧光微球的数量,以脾脏指数、胸腺指数和荧光微球吞噬百分率为指标来测定各组小鼠的免疫水平。各组小鼠的胸腺指数及脾指数均无显著性差异;发酵物处理组巨噬细胞的荧光微球吞噬率(56.8%)显著高于模型对照组的吞噬率(42.3%),略高于阳性对照组的吞噬率(56.0%),接近正常对照组的吞噬率(57.3%)水平。冬虫夏草固体发酵物具有显著增强免疫功能低下小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的作用,使其免疫力恢复到接近健康动物的正常水平,具有良好的免疫调节作用。 An immune-deficient mouse model, established by intraperitoneal injection with cyclophosphamide, was used to evaluate the immunoregulatory effects of hot aqueous extracts of Ophiocordyceps sinensis mycelium by measuring spleen and thymus indices, and macrophage phagocytic function. Mice were divided into four groups: treatment group, positive control, model control and blank control, which were lavaged with aqueous extracts of O. sinensis, Ginseng chicken oral liquid, saline and distilled water, respectively. No significant differences were detected in the spleen and thymus indices of the different groups. However, the phagocytic percentage of the O. sinensis treatment group (56.8%) was significantly higher compared with the model control group (42.3%), marginally higher compared with the positive control group (56.0%), and marginally lower than the blank control group (57.3%). We conclude that hot aqueous extracts of O. sinensis mycelium exerted an immunopotentiating effect in mice by increasing the phagocytic capacity of macrophages.
