信息服务技术是用户与信息源之间的沟通桥梁,是信息服务质量优劣的决定性因素。针对茶叶产业信息服务特点,强调信息服务的需求驱动性和信息服务的互动性,以用户和市场作为检验信息服务质量的重要标准,以实现信息服务价值的最大化为目的,提出基于需求驱动的互动式信息服务模式。该模式将用户的需求作为驱动因子,并引入信息需求循环优化的互动思想,结合信息的推送和反馈机制,进一步优化信息服务机制,使信息服务更加贴近用户的实际需求。

Information service technology was a bridge between user and information resource, also was the dominant factor to weight the quality of information service. In this paper, focusing on the information service features of tea industry, the demand-driven and interaction of information service have been emphasized. User and market as the major criterion for testing the quality of information service, the interactive information service mode based on the demand-driven has been proposed to realize the maximum of information service value. Demand of user as the driving factor in the mode, bringing the interactive ideas of loop optimization on information demand and combining the push and feedback mechanism of information, the information service mechanism has further been optimized to meet the actual demand of user.
