摘要
随着改革的进一步深入,我国工会的定位问题日益凸显。从组织理论出发,有必要对工会目前所处的由中国共产党、政府、企业行政、工会会员为结点所构成的内外部关系网络加以分析与厘清。以工会为中心的四组关系既有各自相对稳定的静态结构和关系实质,也在整个关系网络中实现动态的互动,呈现相互依存、相互合作、相互协调的局面。正确厘清和处理这些关系,是准确把握工会定位的关键,也是充分发挥工会作用的保证。
With the further reform, the positioning of China' s trade unions has become increasingly prominent. From organization theory, it is necessary to analyze and clarify the relation network in which China' s trade unions is and the CPC, government, enterprise and union member as four nodes. Each of the four sets of relationships centering on trade union both has relatively stable static structures and has dynamic interaction in the entire relation network, showing a situation of interdependence, mutual cooperation and coordination. It is a key to accurately grasp the position of trade unions and to ensure to full play the role of trade unions to correctly clarify and deal with these relations.
