以热电企业为核心的循环经济产业链构建研究

The Study on Construction of Thermal Power Enterprises as the Core of Circular Economy Industrial Chain

针对以热电企业为核心的产业链构建在城市发展中遇到的问题,以YL工业园区为研究载体,基于耗散结构理论,建立了以热电企业为核心的循环经济产业链,并对产业链上、下游企业在结构、资源配置上进行了整合优化。通过YL工业园区的实证研究,对构建包含循环型生物医药、水泥建材、食品饮料加工、装备制造和纺织服装型的经济产业链提出了具体建议。

Aiming at the problems in the industrial chain construction with heat and power enterprises as the core in the city development, and taking the YL Industrial Park as the example, based on the theory of dissipative structure, the paper built the circular economy industrial chain with the CHP enterprises as the core. Through the empirical research on the construction of YL Industrial Park, the paper put forward concrete suggestions about the construction of the industrial chain including circulating biological medicine, cement building materials, food and beverage processing, equipment manufacturing and textile economic industrial chain.
