摘要
国家"十二五"规划纲要将园区循环化改造列为循环经济重点工程,包括"城市矿产"示范基地和再生资源产业基地(园区)的各类工业园区。在开展创建"生态文明家园"活动中,围绕文化亲和力与园区企业文化战略融合等方面的可行措施进行讨论,提出了以特色文化亲和力营造和谐的园区企业文化氛围的思路和建议。
The National Twelfth Five-year Planning proposed that transformation of industrial parks toward circular economy should be listed as key projects of circular economy, including urban mine demonstration base and resource recycling industrial base, etc. In activities of Constructing Ecological Culture Home, the available measures were discussed to make cultural affinity integrate into enterprise cultural strategy, and suggestions of harmonious enterprise culture construction with featured cultural affinity were put forward.
