摘要
为了拓展茧衣在过滤和废水处理领域的应用,对茧衣进行阳离子接枝改性,测试了改性茧衣对活性染料和细菌的吸附性及稳定性。通过染液Abs值和染液颜色的变化以及平板菌落数来判断改性茧衣对染料和细菌的吸附作用。结果表明:改性茧衣对活性染料和细菌的吸附效果明显,有较强抑菌效果;经高温高压处理后的改性茧衣对染料和细菌的吸附作用没有大的影响。该研究结果为茧衣在吸附材料、过滤材料、废水处理等方面的应用提供了有益的借鉴和参考。
To expand the exploitation of cocoon husks in filter and wastewater treatment, cation grafting modification was made of husks. Then, the adsorption of the modified husks of dye and bacteria and its stability were tested. The adsorption of dye and bacteria by the modified husks was evaluated by the changes in Abs and in color of the dye solution and the plate culture count. Experiment results showed that the modified husks had a significant adsorption effect on the reactive dye and bacteria and effectively inhibited the growth of bacteria. High temperature and high pressure had no significant effects on their adsorption of dye and bacte- rla.
