沧州城郊失地农民就业状况及其影响因素实证分析

An Empirical Analysis on Employment Status and Influencing Factor of Land-Lost Farmers in Cangzhou Suburban Area

在沧州城郊失地农民就业状况调查的基础上,运用Logistic回归模型,对影响沧州城郊失地农民就业的因素进行实证分析,结果发现:失地农民的失业水平总体较高;职业培训、健康状况、受教育程度等因素对失地农民就业起正向作用;失地补偿金、年龄等因素对失地农民就业起负向作用;征地补偿金和生活补助费不利于失地农民就业;失地程度和征地用途对就业影响不大;男性比女性更容易就业.最后在此基础上,提出了促进沧州城郊失地农民就业的政策建议.

The paper, based on the employment status investigation of land-lost peasants in Cangzhou suburban area, using logistic regression model, makes an empirical analysis of the employment issue and influencing factor of land-lost farmers in Cangzhou suburban area. The findings are a higher level of unemployment among land-lost farmers on the whole; the occupation training, health status and education level play a positive effect on the employment of land-lost farmers ; land compensation and age factors play a negative effect on the employment of land-lost farmers ; land acquisition compensation and living subsidies are not conducive to the employment of land-lost farmers; men are more likely to be employed than women. Based on the findings, this paper puts forward policy recommendations to promote employment of land-lost farmers in Cangzhou suburban area.
