摘要
某大口径火炮弹药装填系统弹仓采用的是大节距、链轮齿数少、低转速的链式回转结构,其多边形效应特性比较突出,会导致弹仓回转运动具有明显的不稳定现象。利用多刚体动力学软件RecurDyn和UG软件建立弹仓仿真模型,对主、从动链轮不同相位布置形式和主、从动链轮轴的单、双轴不同驱动模式两个方面分别进行仿真运算,得到弹仓运动速度曲线和链轮输入扭矩曲线,通过对比分析数据曲线,从而明确减小弹仓回转多边形效应的措施,为链式回转弹仓的设计提供依据。
The magazine of a Large Caliber Self-Propelled Gun used the chain type turns round structure, taking on big tooth distance, few gear teeth and low rotating speed. The problem of polygon effect was very obvious, and made the motion of the magazine unstable. The virtual prototype model was established with the aid of RecurDyn software of multiple-rigid-body system and UG software, and simulated from the two aspects: the relative laying position of drive sprocket and driven sprocket and the driving method of single axis or dual-axis driving. The curves of velocity and twist were acquired. Via analysis of the curves, the way of reducing the polygon effect was obtained and provided the basis for the future designing of the chain type turns round magazine.
