摘要 针对战车车载设备恶劣的冲击环境,研究了冲击响应谱分析方法及其在抗冲击设计中的应用。从冲击响应谱的计算、统计估计和时域合成3个方面研究了冲击响应谱技术。基于战车发射炮弹过程中测试得到的冲击数据计算了参考冲击响应谱。分析结果表明,设备固有频率应该避开1 140Hz、1 522Hz等危险频率,隔冲系统的固有频率需要低于300Hz,并避开35Hz与84Hz附近的频带,该结果在冲击环境模拟试验中作为基本参数,可以有效解决使用经典脉冲波形进行控制时存在的低频过冲击问题,具有较大的工程应用价值。 Aimed at the wicked shock environment of combat vehicle, the shock response spectrum analysis method and its application in structure anti-shock design were researched. The calculation, statistical estimation and time-history waveform of shock response spectrum were studied. The re-ference shock response spectrum was calculated based on a group of test shocking signals during the process of combat vehicle firing projectile. The result indicated that the natural frequency of the equipment can't be the dangerous frequencies of 1140 Hz, 1522 Hz etc. The natural frequency of the shock isolation system should be less than 300 Hz, and they can't be the nearby frequencies of 35 Hz, 84 Hz and so on. When shock response spectrum was used as basic parameter in shock test, the problem existed in the low frequency overimpact test when using specified pulsed waveform was solved effectively, and this has great application value in engineering.
