摘要
蓄能器作为液压供弹动力系统的关键元件,其工作过程动态特性的稳定性是供弹及时、可靠的保证。基于蓄能器的工作原理,建立了动态数学模型。利用AMESim平台建立了包括蓄能器在内的供弹液压动力系统模型,分析了蓄能器参数对供弹系统动态特性的影响。结果表明:在相同流量累积下,选用较大容积的蓄能器,预充气压力高一些对减小系统压力和速度波动是有利的。并给出了在规定系统压力下蓄能器参数的计算方法和选择建议。
Due to the robustness of accumulator dynamic characteristics have timely and reliable effect on the anti-aircraft gun ammunition feeding system, the accumulator could play an important role in the hydraulic key components of the hydraulic power system. The dynamic mathematical model of the accumulator was analyzed and set up based on its working principle. Ammunition feeding hydraulic power system model including the accumulator was developed based on AMEsim, and the impact of the accumulator parameters on dynamic performance of the ammunition feed system was analyzed. The research results showed, under the same cumulative flow, a larger volume of the accumulator should be used to reduce the system pressure and velocity fluctuations. Under the fixed system pressure, the calculation method and selection suggestion of the accumulator parameters were given.
