摘要
双向交替供弹可使高速供弹系统单路供弹速度减半,是减小供弹受力,提高供弹可靠性的有效途径,但在供弹过程中活动导引由炮弹撞击左右摆动时的速度过大,寿命难以得到保证,且对炮弹的反作用力也降低了供弹可靠性。为解决这一问题,提出了控制活动导引左右摆动的技术方案,避免了与炮弹的撞击。通过对比分析计算表明,增加控制装置后活动导引转速大幅度下降,可有效地提高活动导引的寿命和供弹可靠性。
Bidirectional alternately feed ammunition could reduce the high speed feed ammunition system's single-track feed ammunition speed by a half. It is an effective way to improve the reliability of it, however, due to the over-speed of ammunition's back and force activity during ammunition feeding process, it would weaken the movable guide and shorten it's lifespan, moreover, it also weaken the reliability of ammunition's reaction. To solve this problem, the technique to control movable guide is provided in order to avoid back and force shaking. According to the calculation, it shows that when movable guide's rotation speed sharply reduced, it would effectively increase the lifespan of movable guide and feed ammunition reliability.
