摘要
光纤拉丝过程通常是把石英预制棒放入到石墨加热炉中熔化拉制成丝,如果在拉丝过程中发生意外而降低炉温,可能会导致预制棒熔化端头发生析晶现象,影响后续拉丝效果。本文对石英玻璃折晶的原理进行分析,提出了改善此问题的方法。
Fiber drawing procedure usually put the preform into graphite furnace,which make the preform melt to drawing fiber.lf there are matters suddenly to reduce furnace temperature,it maybe cause some devitrifications on the surface of the preform tip,and influence tbllowing drawing fiber.The paper analyse the cause ofquzrtz glasses devitrification and propose some methods to improve it.
