Orientation,Thinking and Pursuit of Justice in Contemporary China's Judges

我国对法官这一职业的认识和发展经历了三个阶段:即法官大众化阶段,法官职业化阶段,职业化基础之上的大众化阶段。思维决定行为,决定处事的态度。本文深刻论述了法官思维的语言、思维的方向、思维的程序要求,以及对情理的关注和结论判断与政治和行政思维的不同。

China＇s judges＂ professional understanding and development has experienced three stages, namely the populariza- tion stage, professionalism, professional based on the stage of popularization. Thought determines behavior, and decides at- titudes towards things. This paper discusses the language, thinking, thinking direction and program requirements of judges, and focuses on differences in reason and conclusion as well as political and administrative thoughts. This author of this article talked about the wisdom of life, correct attitudes to the gain and loss of life because of different audience.
