武当山风景区旅游预警系统研究

On Early Warning System of Wudang Mountains Scenic Spots

旅游预警系统是以预警管理理论和系统论为依托,建立的一种旅游景区危机预警、预控的系统。其目的在于缓解或消除假日里旅游供求矛盾,使旅游业能够持续、健康地发展。旅游预警系统包括旅游警情动态监测子系统、旅游警源分析子系统、旅游警兆识别子系统、旅游警度预报子系统、地理信息技术辅助子系统等五个子系统。武当山风景区旅游预警系统的建立也要从这五个子系统入手。旅游预警信息发布后武当山风景区应采取的对策,包括应急对策和长远对策两个方面。

The early warning system is a kind of warning system for scenic area crisis and controls in advance based on man- agement theory and system theory. Its goal lies in preventing supply and demand contradiction in scenic areas on holidays, to guarantee sustainable and healthy development of traveling industry. The early warning system includes five subsystems, namely, dynamic monitor subsystem, analysis subsystem, omen recognition subsystem, coefficient forecast subsystem, aux- iliary subsystem of geography information technology. Establishment of this early warning system in Wudang Mountains Scenic Spots must include these five subsystems. Countermeasures after the early warning information include urgency coun- termeasure and long term countermeasure.
