摘要 服务范畴的认知随着经济发展的实践而不断深化,既有的服务基本范畴与经济现实之间出现了较大差异。本文系统梳理服务基本范畴的演变历程,从服务的特征辨析入手,剖析无形性、不可分离性、所有权不可转让等表面特征,围绕动态性、易变性、价值决定的被动性等根本特征,对服务重新定义,并对服务的价值实现、价格决定机制等进行了深化和诠释,为服务产业的定性、定位与发展研究奠定理论基础。 The knowledge of service category is deepened along with the practice of economic development. There appears a big difference between the theory and economic reality. Starting from the analysis of the characteristics of services, the au- thor systematically discusses the evolution of the basic categories of services, analyzes intangibility, inseparability and other surface features, focuses on three fundamental characteristics such as dynamics, changeability, value determining passivity, redefines the service, explains value realization and price-controlled mechanism, and lays the theoretical foundation for the development and research of service industry.
