“思壮”虫草菌丝体胶囊毒理学安全性评价 被引量:4

摘要 “思壮”虫草菌丝体胶囊的小鼠急性经口毒性试验结果表明:雌雄小鼠LD50值均大于10000mg/kg,根据食品急性分级标准,属实际无毒级。Ames试验采用平板掺入法,剂量达5000μg/皿,加或者不加S9,对标准测试菌TA97a、TA98、TA100和TA102均未检出明显的诱变活性。其对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核和小鼠睾丸初级精母细胞染色体畸变试验结果显示:剂量达5000mg/kgb.w.,均未检出对雌雄小鼠嗜多染红细胞及雄性小鼠睾丸初级精母细胞染色体的诱变活性。30d喂养试验结果表明:剂量达到最大试验设计剂量时,即4000mg/kgb.w.,该种胶囊对动物各项受试指标,仍然未见明显有害作用。 Mice were reared with mycelia from STRONG CORDYCEPS MYCELIUM CAPSULE for toxicological tests The results showed that LD 50 ’s for male and female mice were both higher than 10000 mg mycelium power/kg, belonging to actual non toxic grade based on acute grade of food No obvious mutagenic activity of standard test samples TA97a, TA98, TA100 and TA102 was detected by Ames test of dish penetration method, at a dose of 5000μg per dish, with or without S9 Aberration test to micronuclei of polychromatophilic erythroblasts and chromosomes of primary spermatogonia of mouse testes did not induce aberration activity Thirty day rearing test with dose up to 4000mg/kg b w did not cause any obvious harmful effect on the animal The maximum non effective dose was determined to be 4000 mg/kg b w
