摘要
用微量凯氏定氮法,对根结线虫(Meloidogyneincognita)的寄主番茄上的根结和同株上的健根以及健株的健根蛋白质含量测定表明:寄主在整个生长期间,根结内蛋白质含量在一定的时期内,显著高于同期同株健根,也高于同期相似部位的健株健根,且根结中蛋白质含量变化也都是由低到高再到低,即接种时间越长其蛋白质含量越多;同株根结与健株中的蛋白质含量的差值在寄主生长的前中期是逐渐拉大的,根结开始腐烂后,蛋白质含量开始下降。但病株和健株蛋白质总量(包括根、茎、叶和果实)相比,前者则显著低于后者。另用桂花树根上的根结(由Meloidogyneincognita感染)和一年生野生寄主龙葵(Blacknightshacle,由Meloidogynejavanica感染)即不同寄主和不同的根结线虫种类测定,结果同上。
The protein contents of different root parts from both were tested by Kreldehl's method the diseased tomato plants infected by Meloidogyne incoguita and from healthy tomato plants.The results indicated that the protein content in root knots,at a certain period of tomato's growing stage,was higher than that of noninfected roots of the same plant,and higher also than that of corresponding parts of noninfected tomatoes.The protein content in the root knot kept increasing in the course of the knot's development and began to decrease as soon as the knots got rotten.The gap of protein content between root knot and noninfected root was gradually widened in the early and middle growing stage of tomato.However,the total protein content (including roots,stems,leaves and fruit) in infected tomato was much lower than that in noninfected tomato plant.
