摘要
普及发展学前教育的背景下,学前教育事业的发展面临着幼儿教师需求猛增和有合格资质教师欠缺的双重压力。规范并提高幼儿教师的资质要求,特别是从政策、法律制度层面提供保障,是我国当前学前教育发展中的关键问题。幼儿教师的专业素养、学历要求、教师资格认定等是规范并提高幼儿教师资质的核心内容。
Under the background of universal development of preschool education, pre-primary education develop- ment face double pressure--an urge in demand for preschool teachers and the lack of qualified teachers. Standardi- zing and improving early childhood teacher qualifications, in particular how to provide protection from a system of laws and policies are key issues in current development of preschool education in China. Kindergarten teachers' professional accomplishments, academic requirements, teachers' qualification identification and so on are core ele- ments of standardizing and improving preschool teachers' qualifications.
