农民专业合作社资金互助运行机制研究——以福建省为例

Mutual funding model of farmers′ professional cooperatives——Taking Fujian Province as a case

农民专业合作社是我国推动农村经济结构调整、整合农村资源的重要平台,其资金问题成为制约农民专业合作社发展的瓶颈因素。在分析农民专业合作社资金互助运行机制的基础上,以福建省农民专业合作社实地调查数据为例,对福建省农民专业合作社资金互助进行综合评价。研究结果认为,福建省农民专业合作社资金互助组织结构建设较好,制度建设较差。据此,从政府、合作社与正规金融等角度提出农民专业合作社资金互助建设发展的对策建议。

Farmers＇ professional ccopemtives are now the important approach to accelerate rural economy restructure and integrate rural capacity. But fund defficiency is restraining their further development. Based on analysis of mutual funding model and accord- ing to the data from local investigation, a comprehensive evaluation is conducted on mutual funding among farmers＇ professional co- operatives in Fujian Province. The results show well-organized and lack of regulations. Accordingly the countermeasures to improve the mutual funding among farmers＇ professional cooperatives are proposed in the regards of government, cooperatives and formal finance.
