分析了工厂电耗构成状况。针对电耗大的关键重点设备增加了节电设施;对用电设备实施变频改造;降低大功率用电设备运行频率;强化检修、停机管理;加强中夜班用电管理,经过持续探索研究和采取节电措施,降低单位产量电耗。
Analyze the composition condition of power consumption in the plant. To add power saving devices for the key equipment with high power consumption; implement the frequency conversion modification on the electric equipment; lower the operating frequency of the high-power electric equipment; strengthen the maintenance and shutdown management; enhance the power consumption management on the swing and night shift; and decrease the power consumption per unit of product through continuous exploration and study and adooting the oower saving measures.
