摘要
目的:探讨提高医院外包保洁服务质量的方法。方法:分析医院外包保洁服务存在的问题和原因,并进行针对性及全方位培训。结果:培训后医院外包保洁服务满意度由88.70%提升为92.48%。结论:全方位的培训可以提高外包保洁质量。
Objective： To Strengthen the training in order to improve the quality of hospital outsourcing cleaning service.Methods： Analysed the problems of hospital outsourcing cleaning service and the reasons,then,conducted the targetedtralning.Results：Mterthe training, thedegreeofsatisfaction with hospital outsourcing cleaning service increased from 88.70% to 92.48%.Conclusion： all-direction training can improve the quality ofoutsoureing cleaning service.
