摘要
目的:探讨提高医院外包保洁服务质量的方法。方法:分析医院外包保洁服务存在的问题和原因,并进行针对性及全方位培训。结果:培训后医院外包保洁服务满意度由88.70%提升为92.48%。结论:全方位的培训可以提高外包保洁质量。
Objective: To Strengthen the training in order to improve the quality of hospital outsourcing cleaning service.Methods: Analysed the problems of hospital outsourcing cleaning service and the reasons,then,conducted the targetedtralning.Results:Mterthe training, thedegreeofsatisfaction with hospital outsourcing cleaning service increased from 88.70% to 92.48%.Conclusion: all-direction training can improve the quality ofoutsoureing cleaning service.
