农村老年高血压病患者治疗误区分析及护理干预

The Analysis of Fallacy in Elder Hypertensive Treatment and Relevant Nursing Intervention

目的:了解农村老年高血压病患者治疗上存在的误区,探讨切实有效的护理干预对策。方法:采用现场问卷调查法对158例农村老年高血压病患者进行调查,并针对病因开展护理干预。结果:治疗依从性好的患者22例,仅占13.92%;治疗依从性差、存在治疗误区的患者136例,占86.08%。积极的护理干预改善了其治疗情况。结论:农村老年高血压病患者在治疗上存在误区,需要护理人员进行护理干预。

Objective： To analyze the hypertension of the old people in rural areas as wellas its fallacy in treatment and explore valid and effective nursing intervention. Method. On-site questionnaire investigation of 158 elder hypertension patients in rural areas.And nursing intervention was undertaken in this region.Result： The number of patients with good treatment compliance is 22, only accounting for 13.92%; The number of patients with poor treatment compliance is 136, making up 86.08%. Positive nurisng intervention has improved curative effect.Conclusion： There exists fallacy in treating older hypertensive patients and effective nursing intervention by nursing staff is needed.
