To explore the establishment of a mechanism of double quality teachers with both full-time and part-time teachers,based on the college-enterprise collaboration,is a significant method for the development of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.It can both reflect the direction and features of higher vocational education,and contribute to the theory and practice innovation in teaching staff building in higher vocational colleges.
