阿昔洛韦联合碘伏治疗复发性唇疱疹疗效观察

Observation of Acyclovir combined with Iodophors in the treatment of recurrent herpes labialis

目的探讨分析阿昔洛韦联合碘伏治疗复发性唇疱疹的临床疗效。方法将94例复发性唇疱疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各47例。观察组采用阿昔洛韦联合碘伏治疗,对照组仅采用阿昔洛韦治疗,观察比较两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗7d后,观察组总有效率87.23%(41/47),明显高于对照组的61.70%(29/47)(P<0.01)。观察组复发率23.40%(11/47),对照组复发率27.66%(13/47),两组复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿昔洛韦联合碘伏治疗复发性唇疱疹总有效率较单纯使用阿昔洛韦高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical curative effects of Acyclovir combined with Iodophores in the treat- ment of recurrent herpes labiadis. Methods Ninety-four patients with recurrent herpes labiadis in our hospital were evenly divided into observation group in which the patients received Acyclovir combined with Iodophores treatment and control group in which the patients received lodophors treatment. The clinical curative effects of the patients in both groups were observed. Results After 7-day treat- ment, the total effective rate （87.23%） of the patients in the observation group was obviously higher than that of the patients in the control group（61.70% ）. There was no statistical significance（ P 〈0. 01 ）. The recurrence rate of the patients in the observation group 23.40% （ 11/47 ） was lower than that of the patients in the control group 27.66% （ 13/47 ）, which had no statistical differences （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Acyclovir combined with Iodopbores in the treatment of recurrent herpes labiadis which has higher total effec- tive rate than that of Acyclovir treatment is worth of clinical promotion.
