摘要
引入路网承载力概念,用来衡量一个地区土地资源可开发的强度。以路网最大服务交通量为目标,建立路网承载力的双层优化模型,推算出各小区的最大交通生成量,并校核不同用地布局对应的交通生成量,寻求最佳方案以使规划区建成后路网能以一定的服务水平运行。最后,以郑州市碧沙岗、河医片区的土地利用规划为例,利用OD反推技术简化双层优化模型的求解复杂性,验证了模型方法的有效性,对城市规划工作具有实际的引导作用。
This paper applies the concept of road network capacity to measuring the land use intensity in a region.The paper establishes a bi-level optimization model based on road network capacity with the objective to maximize the network service volume.The proposed model yields the maximum possible trips generated in each traffic analysis zones and calibrates trip generation corresponding to different lane use patterns.Thus,the best plan can be obtained to ensure the road network in the planning region operate at a target level of service after construction.Finally,taking the land use planning of Heyi Area and Bishagang in Zhengzhou City as an example,the paper simplifies the complexity of the proposed bi-level optimization model using the origin-destination estimation algorithm and demonstrates its validity and effectiveness in guiding urban planning practices.
