媒介环境的变化加大了高校突发事件的防控难度。高校应针对新媒介环境下高校突发事件发展与扩散的特点,通过加强媒介素质教育、建立校园舆论监控体系、建立信息公布机制、发挥舆论引导作用等方法化解危机,提高对校园突发事件的防控、应对、处置能力。

The change of media environment makes it more difficult to control the emergency in university. They should strengthen quality education of media, establish campus supervision system, construct information released mechanism, and give full play to the direction of public opinion to promote its ability of protection and disposal.
