创业型大学通过输出创业型人才、带动区域创新及促进企业竞争,推动区域经济发展;区域经济的发展为创业型大学技术研发和人才培养提出新的要求,并为创业型大学提供资金保障。需要构建一个合理、有效的机制框架,提高创业型大学为区域经济服务的效用,同时,加强区域经济对创业型大学建设支持力度。

Ehtrepreneurial universities is functional at the promotion of regional economy development by outputting tal-ents with entrepreneurial skills and promoting the regional innovation and enterprise competition while the regional economy development is in turn required for the new needs of the technical research and development and talents cultivation as well as the guarantee of capital in entrepreneurial universities. Therefore it is necessary to establish the framework of a rational and effective mechanism, enhance the effectiveness of the service to the regional economy by entrepreneurial universities, and at the .same time strengthen the support to the construction of entrepreneurial universities from the regional economy.
