中国的世界文化遗产申报形势及类型探析——以大运河为例

Current Situation and Types of China's Application for World Cultural Heritage—Take the Grand Canal as an Example

在世界遗产保护和申报热潮中,国内诸多文化遗产项目将目光逐渐投向"世界遗产名录"。其中,大运河作为中国线性文化遗产的典型代表,不仅时间跨度长、覆盖地区广、影响范围大,而且兼具历史遗产和在用遗产的双重特征。如何使大运河遗产以更加科学、真实、独到的申报方式呈现在国际遗产专家面前,已成为相关专家、学者、科研机构的热门话题。本文从大运河文化遗产申报面临的国内形势入手,在总结和分析大运河文化遗产评价所依据的标准体系演化趋势的基础上,尝试探索一条新的以"文化线路"、"文化景观"为参考类型进行申报的申遗对策.

In the boom of world cultural heritage＇s preservation and inscription, many Chinese projects begin to recognize the importance of the UNESCO ＂World Heritage List＂. As a representative example of Chinese linear cultural heritage, the Grand Canal weathered a long time, covered a vast area and influenced many people and therefore features as both a historic heritage and a in-use heritage. So, it has become a heated issue for relevant experts, scholars and scientific institutions to study how to present the heritage of the Grand Canal more scentifieally, truly and uniquely to the UNESCO World Heritage experts. Hence, starting from the summary of the current inscription situation of the Grand Canal, this paper analyzes the the development of the standard system for the Grand Canal＇s Inscription Evaluation and finally tries to find out a better inscription strategy, categrorizing the heritages as ＂ Cultural Assembly＂ and＂ Cultrual Landscape＂.
