Exploration and Practice of Gratitude Education in Universities

高校感恩教育是高校教育者运用一定的教育方法和手段,根据一定的感恩教育内容,从认知、情感、实践三个层面以培养大学生感恩品质的道德教育活动。感恩教育在大学生思想政治教育中发挥重要作用,它提高了大学生的思想道德修养,促进了大学生精神世界的健康发展,增强了大学生的社会责任感。高校可以从丰富感恩教育内容、拓宽感恩教育形式、创新感恩教育方法和营造感恩教育环境等途径对大学生进行感恩教育。

Gratitude education in universities is moral education, which means educators use some ways and methods, in the light of some content of gratitude education, to foster undergraduates＇ quality of gratitude on three aspects of cognition, affection and practice. Grati- tude education plays an important role on undergraduates＇ ideological and political education, it improves ideological and ethical culture of undergraduates, promotes theirs spiritual world to healthy development, strengthens theirs sense of social responsibility. Universities have three ways to carry on gratitude education： enrich the content of gratitude education, broaden the forms of gratitude education, innovate the ways of gratitude education and construct environment of gratitude education.
