大学优秀班集体指标体系的实证研究——以宿迁学院08级会计学2班为例

On the Index System of Excellent Class in University——Take Class Two of Accounting at grade 2008 in Suqian College as an Example

笔者自2004年以来一直从事思想政治辅导员工作,深知一个优秀班集体不可能自发地产生,也不会随着时间的推移自然而然地形成;一个优秀的班集体的产生与发展,需要全体成员共同的努力,需要辅导员老师的智慧和创造性的劳动。本文以宿迁学院2008级会计学2班(以下简称会2)为例就优秀班集体的指标体系做了浅薄的研究。
