摘要
高校由于学科专业设置等因素的长期影响,造成了在人才培养中人文素质教育缺失的局面,这一问题制约着大学生的就业和发展。在素质教育背景下,加快实施人文素质教育应从教育观念、课程体系、师资建设、课外活动等多方面入手,提升大学生人文素质。
Because of the long-term impact of the subject structure arrangement, humanity education had been neglected for a long time, which restricted college students＇ development and employment. Under the background of quality education, educators should promote the humanity education to improve students＇ quality from the aspects of education concept, curriculum, construction of teachers and extra-curricular activities
