摘要
从教育经费投入、教学设施、师资水平和教育质量、教育氛围等方面对河南省城乡中小学英语教学差别现状进行了系统梳理;指出城乡经济发展不均衡、思想上重视不够、教师流失、教师课程资源意识薄弱是造成这种差别的原因所在;从教师、思想、政府等方面提出了实现河南省城乡中小学英语教学均衡发展的建议。
This paper makes a systematic study on the differences of English teaching in urban and rural schools in I-renan Province from the following aspects: educational funds, facilities, teaching faculty, and educational atmosphere. It further points put the corresponding reasons for the differences: the imbalance in economic development, ideological lack of emphasis on English teaching in rural schools, teacher drain, and teachers' lack of awareness in curriculum resources. And then it points out some balanced strategies of English teach- ing between the urban mid rural schools in Henan Province.
