Discussion on the Practice Teaching's "Three-thirds" Model for Law Major in Private University

法学是一门实践性很强的学科,为了解决法学专业学生的实践与就业问题,在法学专业应该实行"三学期"制,为学生实践教学与实习就业提供三大平台,与此同时,在开展实践教学的过程中,应坚持"学生实习带头人——学校实习指导教师——实习单位指导教师"三位一体管理机制,充分发挥学生的积极主动性,提高实践教学的质量。

The law is a very practical subject, ＂Three semesters＂ system should be implemented, in order to solve the problem of practice teaching and employment. In the process of conducting practice teaching, educators should adhere to the management system ＂Students, Guiding teacher, Guiding teacher in practice school＂, effectively show students＇ initiative, and improve the quality of practice teaching.
