摘要 SF6气体年泄露率是衡量组合电器密封性的重要指标。讨论了封闭式组合电器SF6气体泄露的特点及其危害,分析了几种常见的检漏方法,在此基础上对常用的局部包扎法进行了改良。提出了新的施工工序及检漏策略,以测出每一相邻气室的年泄漏率,可及时发现问题、消除缺陷。同时,利用气体状态方程准确计算出各气室容积,进一步提升了测量精度。在实际工程中对此方法的可行性及准确性进行了验证。此方法可为GIS设备安装、运行检修与维护管理提供借鉴。 Leaking rate per year of SF6 gas is an important indicator of sealing of Gas Insulated Switchgear. This paper discusses the SF6 gas leaking characteristics and its harm to Gas Insulated Switchgear, and analyzes some common leaking detection methods. Based on this analysis, some improvement is made on the commonly used local binding method. A new construction process and leaking detection strategy is put forward, which can measure the leaking rate of each adjacent chamber, timely find out problems, and eliminate the defects. Meanwhile, the gas state equation is used to calculate the volume of gas chamber precisely to improve the measurement accuracy. Feasibility and accuracy of this method are confirmed in an actual engineering. This method can provide reference to GIS equipment installation, operation and maintenance and management.
