摘要
振动信号分析方法是一种通过测量和分析变压器箱体表面的振动信号来诊断变压器状态的技术。本文提出一种确定传感器最优测点的新方法。根据变压器本体振动产生、传递的机理,结合振动传递过程中的阻尼衰减和变压器箱体振动模型,建立变压器不同测点的振动模型,借助此模型确定最优测点。最后利用此模型判断下的最优测点,与实际变压器的最优测点做出比较分析,验证了该方法的可行性。
The vibration signal analysis is a kind of technique to diagnose transformer's condition through measuring and analyzing the vibration signal from the transformer's tank surface. In this paper, a new method is presented to establish the optimal measuring point of sensor. Through the generation and transmission mechanism of noumenon vibration, the different measuring point vibration model of transformer based on the damping vibration model and vibration model of transformer tank is proposed to determine the optimal measuring point. Finally, using the proposed method to judge the optimal measuring point can vertify the feasibility comparing with the actual optimal measuring point of transformer.
